live happier, more fulfilling lives by helping them to believe in
themselves again. The course works through many of the key issues that
women face, that are preventing them from being truly happy. These
include rebuilding their confidence and self-esteem, reigniting their
motivation to go after their dreams and reducing their stress and anxiety levels. I support and
encourage these women to make small, manageable changes that will have a huge positive impact. Once enrolled in the course,
members will have lifetime access to the course material so you can revisit the course as many times as you like.

"Now bare with me, I'm not much of a wordsmith...
Firstly, for those people reading this who are much like myself and want the general gist of any block of text right at the start, so you don't have to do much reading, go and sign up to this course! NOW!
For those of you wanting a little more detail, let me continue.
By trade I am a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach. It is my life to motivate and inspire. To help people become a better version of themself.
Originally when I came across the The Positive Plan, I was slightly intrigued but if I'm honest I was more skeptical than anything else. Having lost count of the amount of online self-help courses I've seen over the years, I definitely had my doubts.
I am beyond happy to say I was wrong! This collection of lessons is like nothing I have seen. It carries a strong positive message from the off, nowhere during the course are you left questioning a thing, certainly not your self worth! Yes, that's right, a man, completely set in his ways has not only admitted he was wrong, he is following up by saying I am proud to be using some of the techniques I've learnt from this course with my own clients. And seeing incredible results in doing so.
So there you have it, from a mid 30's male who definitely got out of the schooling system some time ago, this course is absolutely incredible. And furthermore, it's so transferrable. It is written in a way that you feel that it was produced solely for you.
I've since gone on to recommend it to over 10 different clients, all with completely different walks of life.

Your Instructor

Hi I’m Naomi, a Happiness Coach. I inspire and educate women to create happier, more fulfilled lives by helping them to see their own incredible value. Each one of us are already doing the best job we can with the tools we have, however, I teach women the extra tools they need to go beyond their current situation. To believe in themselves, to know they are worth the extra effort to make the changes needed to create a much happier life for themselves. I understand the constant struggle women have whilst trying to balance life's demands, so I deliver easily digestible modules that empower women to take action and bring back their joy.
Previously, I was Head of Psychology for 13 years in a Sixth Form college, but I became exhausted and was very close to burn out. I knew I had to take action for my own happiness and wellbeing, so I left my teaching career, packed up the car and moved to Spain to live by the beach (a lifelong dream of mine!). After completely transforming my own life, I now teach women how to bring more happiness into theirs. I feel that this is needed, now more than ever, due to the rising levels of stress we face and the huge increase in mental health issues that are caused as a result.
The Positive Plan is a 6 week course that teaches coping strategies, confidence, and tons of self-worth. It shows you that there is no need to fear failure and supports and guides you to go after your dreams. It teaches you how to be happy.
There is hope my friend - you can feel confident, worthy, and happy again - you just need to learn how.
